That's where we come from. Years ago we named our projects after gems and minerals. Now we understand why: they are what technology is made of.
xGem IT didn't add AI to what it did. It is made of it. Our operation is a set of agents that work, learn, and coordinate, each named after a mineral, each a node in the same network.
We build for our clients the same way we built ourselves: from the ground up. We solve today's problem with systems already built for what comes next.
Because in technology, as in stone, what matters is structure. And structure is what's essential.

xGem started as a project among friends who named their work after gems and minerals. That habit is still here. Today xGem IT is refounded as an AI-native technology company: the same roots, with a new structure.
